Fees: My rate for an initial psychiatric diagnostic evaluation is $210 and my rate for individual follow-up psychotherapy sessions is $195.  I accept cash, check, or credit cards as well as payments from Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

Insurance: If you have insurance with out-of-network benefits, I can assist you in completing insurance company forms and provide information requested for reimbursement. If you plan to submit for out-of-network benefits, I encourage you to contact your insurance company beforehand to find out what out-of-network benefits are offered since benefits can vary among insurance companies and plans.   

Cancellation/No Show Policy: If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call my office as soon as you are able.  I often have other clients waiting for appointments at certain times and, therefore, I require at least 24 hours advance notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge so that the appointment can be offered to other clients.  If you have not provided 24 hours advance notice or you do not show for a scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session.  Of course, I understand that there are sometimes certain unavoidable circumstances that can prevent you from cancelling or rescheduling an appointment in a timely manner such as accident, illness or inclement weather and I am willing to take such circumstances into consideration.
